These Terms of Service govern your use of cheekydoodles.com and purchases from Cheeky Doodles. By using the store, you agree to these terms.
You may use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use store content in a way that infringes the rights of Cheeky Doodles or others.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors may vary between screens and finished products. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, cancel an order, or decline an order when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders are not accepted until payment is authorized and Shopify confirms the order.

Cheeky Doodles artwork, product designs, photographs, text, branding, logos, and other original store content are owned by or licensed to Cheeky Doodles and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Store access does not grant permission to reproduce, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from that content.
The store uses Shopify and may link to or rely on other third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Cheeky Doodles is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Cheeky Doodles is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from store use or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated date will appear at the top of this page.
